My name is Samphire, and I'm passionate about the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, and holistic wellness. I've spent years studying how the mind and body work together, driven by a deep curiosity about what helps us not just survive, but truly thrive as human beings.
My approach is informed by both professional training and lived experience. I've personally navigated chronic pain, PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, and depression and I understand the frustration of feeling stuck in systems that don't always offer real solutions. Through integrating evidence-based therapies with holistic practices, I found my own path to wellness and that journey fundamentally shaped how I work with clients today.
