Relationship Therapy and Coaching

Supporting Couples Through Connection, Communication & Intimacy


Whether you’re navigating the complexities of modern relationships, working through challenges in the bedroom, or seeking to deepen your connection, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore what matters most to you both.


What I Can Help With:


Conscious Communication


Many relationship struggles stem from patterns of communication that no longer serve us. I work with couples to develop:


- Communication skills that foster direct, compassionate dialogue honoring both partners’ needs

- Boundary-setting skills that create safety and respect

- Conflict resolution tools that move beyond blame and defensiveness

- Active listening practices that foster genuine understanding


Learning to communicate consciously transforms not just your arguments, but your entire relationship dynamic.


Sexual Connection & Intimacy


Sex is often where our deepest vulnerabilities and desires meet. I provide a shame-free environment to explore:


- Low sex drive or libido concerns - understanding the physical, emotional, and relational factors

- Mismatched desires - finding ways to honor both partners’ needs without resentment

- Sexual communication - learning to express desires, boundaries, and consent explicitly

- Intimacy beyond sex - rebuilding connection when physical intimacy feels challenging


My approach integrates integrative therapy with an understanding of how trauma, stress, and life circumstances impact our sexual selves.


Infidelity & Betrayal


Infidelity can shatter trust, but it doesn’t have to mean the end.


I work with couples to:


- Process the pain and trauma of betrayal in a contained, safe space

- Understand what led to the infidelity - not to excuse it, but to heal the underlying wounds

- Rebuild trust through accountability, transparency, and consistent action

- Decide whether to stay or leave with clarity and self-compassion


Healing from infidelity is possible, but it requires both partners to show up with honesty and courage.


Kink & Conscious Sexuality


For couples exploring or already practicing kink and BDSM, I offer informed, experienced support:


- Consent practices

- Power dynamics and how they show up in and out of the bedroom

- Safety, boundaries, and aftercare

- Integrating kink into your relationship in ways that feel authentic and sustainable


Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM)


Non-monogamous relationships require exceptional communication, boundary-setting, and self-awareness. I support couples navigating:


- Opening up a previously monogamous relationship

- Jealousy, insecurity, and attachment patterns in ENM contexts

- Agreements, boundaries, and relationship structures (hierarchical, non-hierarchical, solo poly, etc.)

- Communication with multiple partners

- When ENM isn’t working - discerning whether to continue or transition


Working with the Queer Community


I offer relationship therapy that understands the unique landscape of LGBTQ+ relationships.


I work with:


- Same-sex and same-gender couples navigating relationship challenges

- Trans and non-binary individuals and their partners - understanding how gender identity and transition impact relationships

- Queer relationship structures that don’t fit heteronormative molds

- Coming out and identity exploration within existing relationships

- Minority stress and its impact on relationships - the toll of navigating a heteronormative world

- Chosen family dynamics and how they intersect with romantic partnerships

- Internalized homophobia, biphobia, or transphobia and how it shows up in intimacy

I bring together psychotherapy, conscious communication, attachment theory, sex positivity, and trauma-informed practice to create a holistic approach to relationship work.

How We Work Together


Initial Consultation: We’ll discuss your relationship challenges, goals, and whether we’re a good fit.

Session Structure: Sessions are typically 90 minutes, allowing time to go deep without feeling rushed.

Between Sessions: I provide tools for you to practice with your partner with optional WhatsApp support between sessions if required.
